These are another recipe that I should have gotten on the site much sooner, but better late than never! We make these weekly in our house because I prepare the chicken in bulk and freeze it for easy weeknight meals. With the chicken ready to go, these come together so quickly! I use a bag of microwaveable cilantro lime rice to make them even easier most weeks.
