A healthier twist on my favorite candy bar! 5 delicious things come together in these bars - a pretzel crisp, peanut butter, peanuts, dates, and dark chocolate! Finish them with a little bit of flaky sea salt for a treat that belongs in a fancy chocolate shop!
Classic Take 5 bars have caramel in them, but these bars use date fruit instead! I like how this cuts down the richness some, and gives them a little bit of nutritional value.
Since these are my favorite candy bar, I also have a homemade version of the classic bars on the site as well! I think this version is a bit easier to prepare, and can more easily be made in small batches.
