New Recipe: Chorizo Tacos
I am still in my chorizo era (I think this is my 5th chorizo recipe in the past few months), but these are too easy and delicious to not share!
When I’m craving street tacos and I don’t want to spend the extra time marinating and prepping my go-to chicken or steak, these chorizo tacos are such a quick alternative.
These are ready in less than half an hour, just cook the chorizo in a skillet while you prep the toppings and tortillas. Perfect for busy weeknights or whenever you’re short on time.
This month’s rotating Caring Kitchens donation is going to Meals on Wheels America. Meals on Wheels delivers hot food to seniors who have trouble leaving their homes or preparing their own meals. This donation is in honor of my late grandmother, whose birthday is in February. My grandmother received Meals on Wheels deliveries, and they were one of the things that helped her to remain in her own home as long as she wished. Happy Birthday, Nan! ❤️
Through Caring Kitchens, some of the money generated by ads on our recipe pages is donated to fight hunger and food insecurity, so just by scrolling, you’re supporting these impactful organizations.
