This truffle pasta was inspired by a meal I had on my recent trip to Italy. It was one of my favorite meals there, and I’m so happy to say that this recipe does it justice! 

Cooking with fresh truffles is not something I want to bother with on a weeknight, but this recipe uses truffle sauce instead, which is so much easier to store and use! Truffle sauce is basically chopped bits of truffle in oil, and you can buy it at specialty grocery stores or online (from Amazon and other shops). 

I picked up some truffle sauce in Italy, which is what I used here, but I’m planning to test out truffle sauce brands available in the US soon, and will update the recipe with more info.
