Recipe Link: Smoked Hot Dogs
These are a super easy treat to prepare in your smoker, and they’re ready in just about an hour! Throw a few in with whatever else you’re smoking at your next barbecue, or run a quick smoke just for these.
The recipe includes two different seasoning options. The classic prep is to roll them in a brown sugar dry rub (first pic), but I also love to smoke these coated in Japanese BBQ sauce (second pic). Either way, both options are delicious!
Serve them up on toasted buns with your favorite toppings & sauces! Leftover dogs keep great in the fridge and can easily be reheated.
